Exchange, replacement and return of products made of precious metals and precious stones
When purchasing products made of precious metals and precious stones, you may encounter different situations.

Consider the following case, you purchased a golden ring, but at home, after taking a good look at the product, you realize that the ring did not fit you. And then the question arises - is it possible to exchange or return this product?

Thus, the Law of the Russian Federation of February 7, 1992 No. 2300-1 "On the protection of Consumer rights" (hereinafter – the Law) provides for the exchange of goods.

In accordance with Article 25 of the Law, the consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar product from the seller from whom this product was purchased, within 14 days, not counting the day of its purchase.

However, products made of precious metals (with or without inserts of semi-precious and synthetic stones), with precious stones, and faceted precious stones are included in the "List of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange for similar goods of other sizes, shapes, dimensions, designs, colors or complete sets", approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 55 of January 19, 1998.

Thus, the exchange of jewelry, if they are of proper quality, is impossible.

I would like to note that consumers often confuse the concepts of exchange and replacement of goods. Next, we will talk about replacing the product.

The procedure:

STEP 1
When the order is delivered by courier service to your home, fill out the "Application for return of goods" on the website.
The following information must be provided with the application:
  • a copy of the invoice for receiving the jewelry (in the case of delivery by courier)
  • payment receipt (receipt)
  • a copy of the tag
  • photo of the jewel (in case of delivery by courier)
When delivering an online order to the salon, fill out the "Application for return of goods" and the payment receipt in the salon. Your application will be reviewed if you have all the necessary information p.1-4.

STEP 2
The result of the application review will be sent to your email address.

STEP 3
When the order is delivered by courier service to your home or received at the "CDEK" pickup point - you will need to come to the nearest "CDEK" pickup point and send the package with the jewelry to the address specified in the email. (The shipment of the goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer). It is returned after receiving the product.

STEP 4
The funds will be transferred to your bank account within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the jewelry in the warehouse.

The funds are returned strictly to the corporate bank account of the person who placed the order in the online store.

If at the time of the return of the goods the customer's card has ceased to be valid (lost, expired, returned to the bank), the refund can be made to another card of the same customer, or to the customer's bank account at his request.

If the client does not have a corporate bank account, then the client should open a corporate bank account in any branch of any bank.

Please note!
The seller reserves the right to refuse to consider the application and accept the return of the defective product, in the following cases:

  • expiration of the warranty period (6 months-for all jewelry from the range)
  • the Rules for the care of jewelry were not followed
  • the presence of mechanical or other damage
  • the presence of signs of exposure to high temperatures and chemicals
  • the presence of traces of technical repairs carried out by the buyer or a third party
  • improper care of the jewelry, which led to the loss, chipping or changing the color of the inserts, changing the color of the enamel or metal, as well as other defects that were obtained as a result of improper use of the product
  • jewelry that did not fit due to the individual characteristics of the body
  • lack of necessary documents.
If you send the jewelry without making a return request, the jewelry will not be accepted at the warehouse
